Team meeting will be held Tuesday 18/2 19.00-20.30 at the club house (Kyrkogårdsgatan 45). To facilitate discussions and to make sure everyone's vocies are heard, I've put up a form that I'd like for you to fill out. Deadline to do this is Monday 20.00 so we have time to prepare before the meeting.
My idea for the season is to have 4 work groups so that we can share the workload. We'll be approximately 4-5 players per group. Rank the groups you're most interested in and I will try to make sure everyone is happy.
Work groups 2020:
- Home games: Setting up the pitch before home games, shop and prep food to third half
- Away games: Planning trips, booking hotels and transport
- Trainings/equipment: In charge of bringing equipment (kit, bibs, cones, water bottles, medbag) to games, washing kit and bibs, refill medbag.
- Social: In charge of helping out with social activities such as team building, parties, thirsty thursday etc. Two from this group will join the bargroup to help out with club events as well.
Besides what is in the form, the coaches will tell you more about the tour they're planning and, if we have time, have a short theory session with focus on 7s to prepare for Håckes.
